Industrial proportional pinch valve with rubber sleeve and housing components

We are using the proportional pinch valve in the industries due to the excellent working pattern. The electric proportional control valve can be operated without touching the valves and we are controlling the valves remotely. The air operated hydraulic valve forces the tubing to open and close during the flow of liquid in the chemical process . Proportional valves contain an elasticized force which reinforce the rubber hose.In pinch valve  valves the rubber hoses are press fitted and centered exactly into the housing ends of the proportional valve.

These valves closed  as soon as the pressurized air supply into the body of the proportional valve. When the   valve is interrupted and the volume of the air exhausts the elastic rubber hose starts to open. The process of controlling the  proportional valve is remotely controlled to provide the stability of the process.

In this article, we are discussing the functionality of the  proportional valve:

The Composition of the Pinch Valve

There are three major components of the electric proportional control valve and  these parts work in tandem to operate  the whole functionality of the pinch valve.

The three major parts of the pinch valve are:

  • A housing

  • Rubber sleeves

  • End connection

1. A Housing of Pinch Valve

The housing of the electric proportional control valve is the complete structure. The housing of the air operated hydraulic valve provides  a shape and a structure to the pinch valve. The shape of the pinch valve depends upon the housing of the pinch valve.

2. Rubber Sleeves of the Pinch Valve

In the electric proportional control valve, the rubber sleeves are fixed in the housing and allow the inlet and outlet flow of the material. It is the only material that is in direct contact with the media coming outside from the valves of the pinch valve. The rubber sleeves allow any material to pass through the  proportional valve.

3. End Connection of the Pinch Valve

When you ask What is an electric proportional control valve? Proportional valve  Connected with then it is the end connection, which is normally bolted, screwed, or threaded at each endpoint to provide support and connection to the Pinch valve.

Working Procedure of the Pinch Valve

The electric proportional control valve is open in a normal position and at position. It is unpressurized and it allows the substances to pass through it and in this position it is open .

When the air pressure is applied to the air operated hydraulic valve. It pushes down the rubber and causes a pinching effect. The rubber sleeve is completely closed then the flow of the liquid is completely stopped by the pinch valve.

Conclusion

The conventional valves can cause a leakage electric proportional control valve.  The air-operated hydraulic valve provides an excellent means to open and close the flow of the liquid or gas. Excellent properties of pinch valves are widely used in the industries. The pinching effect of valves is perfect for industrial use.
