Just five months after launch, Berlin-based startup Qorelo raises €3M ($3.5M) in seed funding HPI Ventures and Caesar Ventures co-led the investment round, which saw participation from 10x Founders, Antler, Adesso Ventures and Angel Invest.
Qorelo, founded in late 2025 by Nicholas Arman Maxwell Torabi, Louis Andrea Schmidlin and Marino Kurtović creates software for companies to manage ERP upgrades and migrations with their SAP systems. It is a platform, specifically tailored to handling several of the mundane tasks that are performed on large-scale transformation initiatives.
Many enterprises are dealing with massive pressure to update their systems before SAP hits its 2027 migration deadline, co-founder Nicholas Torabi said. He said the industry is short of professionals with sufficient skills to tackle the growing number of projects and that, therefore, automation has become more important.
Top 3 challenges in ERP modernisation projects need a lot of time and money. Qorelo points out that the majority of migrations run over budget and plan with only a few even being completed on time. Over time, some spiralling ineffective endeavors have purportedly set organizations back many millions of euros.
As SAP customers transition to S/4HANA, the companys newest ERP platform, the challenge has become more pressing. That need for delivery and implementation expertise is driven by Qorelo estimates that there are approximately 35,000 SAP customers working on these migrations right now.
The startup claims that the platform can accelerate project delivery times by 45% through automation of functional delivery processes. In addition, a central system for ERP transformation projects and optimisation activities is realised.
Qorelo collaborates with consulting firms and enterprises alike. For consulting partners, the advanced control system made it feasible to manage additional projects without an increase in headcount and for enterprises themselves to lower this dependence on external consultants by retaining more SAP skills internally.
The company serves solution architects, process owners, functional leads, transformation managers and SAP Centre of Excellence teams.
Qorelo is currently targeting customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The company said that one of the largest German automotive manufacturers has already used its platform and is broadening its scope of collaboration beyond the initial project for transformation.
Jens Schmidt-Sceery, Partner at HPI Ventures, said enterprise technology modernisation remains one of the biggest challenges for CIOs. He added that Qorelo helps organisations bring more structure and visibility to complex projects while maintaining human oversight throughout the process.
With this funding round closed, Qorelo aims at increasing its product development and sales teams to keep going further in the enterprise software market.
