Estelle Létang Joins La Prairie as CEO and Transforms the Luxury Beauty Brand

Estelle Létang, an esteemed beauty industry professional with over 21 years of experience at The Estée Lauder Companies, had already joined La Prairie as its CEO. She began her tenure at the company's headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland, on April 1, 2024, and reported directly to Patrick Rasquinet, Member of the Executive Board of Beiersdorf.

As the CEO, Létang had been responsible for driving La Prairie's strategic direction and long-term vision. She managed the day-to-day operations, commercial priorities, and infrastructure, including all corporate functions, international affiliates, and distributor markets globally.

Létang's impressive track record in the beauty and cosmetics industry, spanning fragrance, make-up, and skincare, had prepared her well for her role at La Prairie. Her previous positions included Asia Pacific Vice-President/General Manager for La Mer & Jo Malone London, Vice-President/General Manager International Jo Malone London, and General Manager of the Middle East region for Estée Lauder Companies.
