Dubai real estate investment platform Stake raises $31 million in over subscribed Series-B funding led by Emirates NBD. The company has now raised $58 million in funding following the current round.
The round was also backed by Mubadala Investment Company’s MENA Venture Capital Fund, Middle East Venture Partners, Property Finder, STV NICE, Wa’ed Ventures, GFH Ventures and Ellington Properties.
Stake, founded by Rami Tabbara, Manar Mahmassani and Ricardo Brizido, is building a regulated fintech platform on which investors can buy stakes in fractional or full ownership of properties across borders. The firm has over 2 million users representing 211 nationalities in 181 countries. In the last three years, Stake said its level of gross merchandise value grew in excess of a compound annual growth rate of 130% and its revenue has grown well over 100% annually.
Saudi Arabia is now a primary expansion target. In the fourth quarter of 2024, Stake was awarded the distinction of its platform being regulated by CMA and opening up direct investment in the Kingdom’s property market to investors from across the world. It now has three property funds in Saudi Arabia, which have attracted nearly 7,000 investors from across the globe and invested more than SAR 416 million into local property assets.
The company has also branched out of the Gulf. In October 2025, the United States launched industrial real estate investment business and Stake. Last month, it launched a new product, StakeOne which provides digital access to full ownership of property and asset management for premium developments in Dubai from leading developers Emaar, Ellington Properties and Dubai Holding.
Stake is also involved in the regulated issuance of real estate tokenisation with Property Finder and has secured in principle approval from Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority.
The new round of funding will be used to grow operations in its current and new markets, develop products further and build the infrastructure necessary to facilitate cross-border property investments.
