Sereact has raised $110 million in its Series B funding round and announced the launch of Cortex 2, along with plans to expand into the United States.
The company focuses on improving how robots work in real-world settings, especially in the field of robotics. While many teams train robotic systems using simulated data, Sereact has taken a different path. It has built its technology using data from real operations, allowing its systems to learn from actual tasks, errors, and outcomes.
This approach has shown strong results. More than 200 Sereact systems are now active across Europe, completing over one billion production tasks. The need for human intervention has dropped significantly, with only one required in every 53,000 operations.
Cortex 2 builds on this progress. The new system allows robots to predict outcomes before taking action. It uses a learned understanding of physical behavior and object movement to choose the best possible action in real time. This helps robots handle more precise tasks such as assembly, sorting, and placement.
Sereact does not manufacture robots or offer services. Instead, it develops a software model that can run on different types of robots, including single-arm, dual-arm, and fixed systems.
The funding round was led by Headline, with participation from Bullhound Capital, Felix Capital, and Daphni. Existing investors, including Air Street Capital, Creandum, and Point Nine, also joined the round again.
Sereact says the new funding and product launch mark a key step in its growth and global expansion.
