Ukrainian-born business strategist Oksana Tsvigun has been honored with the Gold Stevie® Award for Most Innovative Woman of the Year in Business Services at the 22nd Stevie Awards for Women in Business. The international event, hosted in New York on November 10, gathered leading female professionals from nearly 50 countries to recognize outstanding achievements across global industries.
Tsvigun, who now operates out of Los Angeles, received the award for her work as the founder of OT Growth Labs a consultancy dedicated to helping international consumer brands adapt to and thrive in the U.S. market. Her approach integrates strategic brand recalibration with deep operational involvement, supporting founders across compliance, manufacturing, testing, packaging, messaging, and digital go-to-market execution.
Before establishing OT Growth Labs, Tsvigun spent almost two decades advancing through corporate leadership roles across Europe and Latin America. She served in key positions at L’Oréal, Global Fashion Group, and Pandora Jewelry, leading multi-market e-commerce and digital operations. These roles provided her with broad exposure to diverse consumer markets and global business structures.
Her professional path shifted in 2022 after the start of the war in Ukraine. Unable to return home, she rebuilt her career first in Panama and later in the United States. Her transition to Los Angeles marked the beginning of her entrepreneurial chapter and allowed her to experience the U.S. market from an insider’s perspective.
One of her earliest projects in the United States was co-developing Pawgress, a natural pet supplement brand manufactured domestically. Working on that launch introduced her to the realities of American regulatory frameworks, laboratory testing, ingredient standards, and consumer behavior—knowledge that would become essential to her consulting methodology.
OT Growth Labs emerged from the insights Tsvigun gained while navigating the U.S. market. The consultancy now assists founders from regions including Europe, Latin America, and Asia as they prepare and refine their products for American consumers.
For established brands, she provides U.S. market entry strategy, tailored brand repositioning for American audiences, and comprehensive business operations optimization.
For new brands, she provides full 0-to-launch support, including U.S.-based formulation and manufacturing, regulatory compliance and testing, labeling, packaging development, and launch planning.
Her work spans multiple sectors such as pet nutrition, beauty, skincare, wellness, and other high-growth consumer categories.
Unlike conventional agencies that handle only isolated parts of the process, Tsvigun partners with founders across the entire U.S. launch or repositioning lifecycle. She supports every critical stage—from formulation and product development to regulatory compliance, claims and messaging, packaging and labeling, Amazon or DTC launch execution, and post-launch scaling.
Because of this integrated, execution-first approach, brands are able to enter the U.S. market in under 12 months, compared to the typical 18–24 months required by most international companies, and often with stronger positioning and faster initial traction.
For established global brands seeking to expand into the United States, she also leads full-scale repositioning initiatives to ensure their products meet American consumer expectations, category standards, and competitive market dynamics.
For Tsvigun, this award represents more than a professional accomplishment. Having rebuilt her career multiple times due to circumstances beyond her control, she views innovation as the ability to redesign systems and approaches when the environment shifts.
These experiences shape how she supports founders today—focusing not only on execution, but on helping them avoid the pitfalls and uncertainties she has navigated herself.
In addition to the Gold Stevie®, Tsvigun received further distinctions in 2025, including:
Bronze – Woman of the Year in Business Services
Bronze – Female Solo Entrepreneur of the Year
Together, these awards reflect her growing influence in guiding international founders through the complexities of U.S. market entry and consumer product adaptation.
